You're in.

Some folks make leadership look so easy. Do you know someone like this?

I do.

I got to work down the hall from one for over a decade. He let me in on so many of his own challenging situations, and his corresponding approach to them.

And where I learned most from his leadership is when I WAS THE CHALLENGE.

I know what you're thinking: "Kyle was a challenging employee? NO WAY!"

I can't believe it either.

Now that I've coached hundreds of executives and business owners, I have at least a little clarity on what a pain the @$$ I was as a member of a high functioning team.

But enough about tall creatives with ADHD.

Leadership is a challenge. That's why I created the March Forth Leadership Challenge.

March Forth is a charge, but it's also a date. March 4th is the birthday of Mike McLaran, my teacher, mentor and boss who died eight years ago, leaving us to teach to others what he taught us. He is the embodiment of servant leadership and the more I reflect on his model, the more I learn about myself. March Forth is free in honor of the legacy of Michael T. McLaran.

This leadership challenge isn't about Mike, though. And it's not about me either.

It's about you. It's about your vision. It's about clarity and communication and buy-in.

Leaders give meaning to a shared destination. So let's get to work on clarifying your destination. Then we will give it some meaning.

The challenge starts Thursday, March 4th and lasts just 10 days.

Thanks for being here.

March Forth,

Kyle Sexton
